Where wine meets cocktail! Looking for a new and different experience to enjoy with a group of friends? Why not try our new wine cocktail masterclass, Wine-Tail. Learn how to make wine-based cocktails using a selection of Balgownie Estate's wine varieties.
To start the experience guests will be given an informative tasting by our in-house Cellar Door experts of our 4 Black Label wines including our NV Premium Cuvee Brut, 2020 Rose, 2019 Sangiovese and NV Sparkling Shiraz.
Guests will then be guided through a cocktail wine blending experience where they will make 4 cocktails with wines they tasted. Cocktails include Limoncello, Rose Iced Tea, Sangria and Balgownie Spritz. Guests are encouraged to play with different garnishes and mixers to create their very own signature cocktail range.
Our Wine-tail experience runs for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on group size.
