Guided by inhouse Cellar Door experts, learn how to blend beautiful cocktails featuring a selection of boutique Balgownie wines in a unique 60min session.
Then present your creation (we call it a wine-tail) to our team for final assessment and compete with your workmates, friends or family for the title of best mixologist.
A wine-tail experience is priced from $75 per person (60min session).
Add on a cheese platter for your group for additional $16 per person.

Anderson Room is a private meeting space for up to 60 delegates. Courtyard access, portable projector and screen set up available, with or without a modern private bar. Please note, this space offers limited / no vineyard views, but still exceptional proximity to our restaurant complex.
