By creating an account on the Balgownie online wine store and participating in Balgownie Rewards, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions
Membership Eligibility
- Balgownie Rewards is available to customers residing in Australia only.
- Membership is free and is activated by creating an account through the
- Balgownie online wine store.
- Balgownie reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the program and its benefits at any time.
Marketing Communications
- By joining Balgownie Rewards, you consent to receive email newsletters, promotional offers, product updates and news from Balgownie.
- You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
- Unsubscribing from marketing communications may result in you missing exclusive member offers, bonus points promotions and program updates.
- To ensure you receive important membership communications, we recommend adding Balgownie’s email address to your contacts or safe sender list.
Earning and Redeeming Points
- Members earn points on eligible purchases based on their current membership tier.
- Points have a redemption value of $0.05 per point.
- 100 points equals $5 off a future purchase.
- Points may be redeemed on eligible purchases online and at the Balgownie Cellar Door.
- The full eligible points balance will be applied at redemption, online and at the Cellar Door. Partial redemptions are not available.
- When redeeming points online, the full eligible points balance will be applied at checkout. Partial redemptions are not available.
- Loyalty points cannot be redeemed on sale items unless otherwise specified.
- Loyalty points cannot be redeemed on dining, accommodation, events, experiences, gift vouchers or any non-eligible products as determined by Balgownie.
- Points may only be redeemed on eligible wine and merchandise purchases.
Membership Tiers
- Membership tiers are determined by a member’s eligible annual calendar spend.
- Tier qualification is automatically assessed based on spend during a rolling 12-month period or annual qualifying period as determined by Balgownie.
- Members will automatically move between tiers as their qualifying spend changes.
- If a member does not meet the required annual spend threshold, they may be moved to a lower tier.
- Any available loyalty points will remain in the member’s account if their tier changes.
- Membership tier discounts are not stackable with any other sale or promotion unless otherwise specified.
Account Information
It is the member’s responsibility to ensure their account information remains accurate and up to date at all times. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Email address
- Phone number
- Billing and shipping addresses
- Payment information
Balgownie is not responsible for any missed communications, failed deliveries, declined transactions, lost benefits or other issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated account information provided by the member.
Former Wine Club Members
- Existing active Balgownie Wine Club members have been migrated to Balgownie Rewards and can view their membership status and rewards tier through their online account.
- Active Wine Club members were notified of these changes via email on 14 August 2026.
- Existing Wine Club benefits remain available until 30 September 2026.
- Members were advised to redeem any applicable Wine Club benefits prior to 30 September 2026.
- Scheduled Wine Club shipments for August and September 2026 proceeded as planned.
- All future recurring Wine Club shipments have been cancelled as part of the transition to Balgownie Rewards.
General
- Membership benefits, discounts, rewards, vouchers and offers are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.
- Abuse of the program, fraudulent activity or conduct deemed inappropriate by Balgownie may result in membership suspension or termination.
- Balgownie’s decision in relation to the interpretation and administration of Balgownie Rewards is final.
