Balgownie Estate follows government guidelines to help protect our staff, contractors, guests and community from Covid-19.
We require guests over 12 years 2 months to be fully vaccinated and present their vaccination certificate upon check in. Fully vaccinated at this stage means you have received your first two Covid-19 jabs, and are able to provide evidence upon request from any of our staff.
While there is no mandate on booster shots in Victoria, Balgownie Estate (at this stage) does not require guests to have had their Covid-19 booster shot. This condition remains subject to change at any time, and we will cooperate with any and all government guidelines.
All guests must check in via the QR code provided on our main entrance, and please wear a mask when visiting all areas of our Estate. Guests may of course remove masks while enjoying food and wine in our restaurant, Cellar Door, deck, and events spaces.
Due to the constantly changing rules and regulations around COVID-19 we are experiencing staff shortages, supply chain interruptions and density limitations. Please be kind to our staff who are working beyond their capacities to look after you and provide stellar service.
