The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a casual member to join our team in the accommodation department as a Housekeeping Attendant. In this role, you will create memorable experiences for our guests by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our rooms, ensuring guests are comfortable in their space, and providing warm and friendly service at all times.

Service and clean all allocated guest rooms to the required standard and within the required timeframes set.
Handle guest enquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and a proactive attitude.
Stock and maintain the housekeeping trolley, ensuring that adequate supplies are available and that the trolley is presentable at all times.
Comply with all guest privacy and security procedures.
Collaborate with fellow team members to complete tasks and troubleshoot issues.
Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations. Handling all amenities, chemicals, and equipment according to specific instructions and in line with Workplace Health & Safety standards.
Shifts available: 7.30am – 12.30pm Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. 10.00am – 1.30pm Saturday and Sunday.

About You:

Previous housekeeping experience is preferred
Have some flexibility regarding shift days and be available for rotating weekends
Attention to detail
Physical ability to work
Excellent organisational skills
Exceptional communication
Proactive and self-motivated
Positive attitude
Have a reliable car to drive to and from Maiden Gully
