Based at our winery in Maiden Gully, we are seeking to appoint Full Time Cellar Hand to join our team who is motivated, hands on, and reliable.
Duties include:
• Assist in processing of the grapes, production of wine, storage of product and bottling of product.
• Assist in managing inventory levels of supplies and materials used in the production of wine.
• Carry out all vintage cellar operations in accordance with instructions from the winemaker.
• Perform key vintage cellar operations.
• Operate winery equipment in a safe manner.
• Carry out cleaning of tanks and cellar equipment.
• Work collaboratively with the Vineyard Team to manage incoming fruit and during harvest.

The Role:
Based at our winery in Maiden Gully, we are seeking to appoint Casual Maintenance Hand, for 25 hours a week, to join our team who is motivated, hands on, and reliable.
Duties include:
Ensure all public area facilities are open on time, presented and functioning ready for guests’ use.
Lawn mowing, edge trimming, removing garden debris, watering and fertilising lawns and gardens, cutting and trimming plants as required, cleaning driveways.
Complete all general maintenance in a timely and efficient manner.
Notify the Manager of all maintenance problems, damaged equipment, and missing items, immediately.
Record the costs of repairs done by maintenance personnel and contractors accurately.
Plans regular maintenance and up-keep of all equipment and keeps accurate records.
General public area cleaning duties.
Ensure no hazards are blocking pathways or guest common areas.
Prioritise tasks according to urgency and importance.
Always provide passionate and friendly service to external and internal guests.
Handle all amenities, chemicals, and equipment according to specific instructions and Workplace Health & Safety standards.
